We are NOT just a one person band, we have a number of fully trained and employed professional photographers (we don’t send you freelancers), we often cover multiple events on the same day, as well as provide teams of professional photographers & videographers to large events.
All our photographers are appropriately supported with back office administrative staff to ensure a seamless service.

About Our Commercial Photography Prices
Accurate corporate photography prices will depend on a number of factors including what type of business photos you are looking for, how long your event is if your commercial photos will be taken at a conference, trade show or event, how many photos you would like to get and how many photographers you require.
We provide clear and transparent pricing information above and if you have a particularly bespoke requirement or any questions, please get in touch with our team directly.
You can hire our professional photographs for as little as 1 hour for standard headshots and quick commercial jobs or up to 10 hours for commercial events, conferences or trade shows. We can of course help with multi day events also, please just get in touch so we can take down some more details.
An accurate commercial photography price will account for:
- Travel time to your business premises or event.
- Expenses (e.g. parking, travel and/or mileage).
- Processing time (which will be longer if you require special or bespoke post-production editing).
- Any accommodation expenses if your project will run over several days.
- Provision of the necessary equipment (a key benefit of working with a company such as The Photo Team is that we already have and use state of the art photography equipment).
- Copyright/image rights.
Portrait and Headshots
We use the latest techniques and technology to bring a mobile studio to your choice of location, we require only a very small space. Our white background mobile studio is the GOLD standard for portraits and headshots, and produces a studio quality finish at a location of your choice, excellent for the modern hybrid working scenario.

Conducted within your office on location, the photographer will attend and find a suitable location to meet your brief, pictures will be taken professionally, edited and provided the next day.
