Important Notice

By engaging with Viral Media Vision, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By paying any invoice issued by Viral Media Vision, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Viral Media Vision reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

Section I

Definitions

Viral Media Vision — refers to the photography and videography business operating under this name.
Client / You / Your — refers to any individual, company, or organisation engaging our services.
Services — refers to all photography, videography, and content creation services provided.
Confirmed Booking — means a booking secured by payment and written confirmation.
Captured Media — refers to all images, video, and digital content produced.

Section II

General Terms

1. Scope of Services

Viral Media Vision provides:

Event photography
Corporate and private event coverage
Videography services
Headshots and content creation

All services are subject to these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Usage

All Captured Media remains the intellectual property of Viral Media Vision. By engaging our services, you grant Viral Media Vision a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use Captured Media for website and portfolio use, social media, and marketing and advertising.

Opt-Out: If you do not wish for your content to be used, you must notify us in writing before the event.

NDA: Any NDA must be agreed and signed before booking confirmation. Requests after confirmation may be declined or subject to an additional fee.

3. Raw Footage & Files

We do not provide editing project files, working files, or presets and internal workflows. These remain proprietary.

Raw footage may be supplied upon request and subject to an additional fee. It is supplied as captured with no editing, grading, or organisation included. The client is responsible for compatibility and use. No support is provided after delivery. Any additional support is chargeable at £150 + VAT per hour, prepaid.

4. Editing & Revisions

Where editing is included, minor revisions may be permitted. Major changes or re-edits are chargeable. Failure to request revisions within 7 days constitutes full acceptance.

Section III

Bookings & Client Responsibilities

1. Confirmed Booking

A booking is only confirmed when payment is received and written confirmation is issued. Dates are not held without payment.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

Providing accurate event details
Ensuring access to venue and locations
Providing suitable working conditions and power where required

Failure to meet these obligations does not entitle refund.

3. Operational Time

All time on site is chargeable, including setup, waiting time, and delays. If access is delayed, this time remains billable.

4. Delivery & Acceptance

Clients must review all delivered media before downloading. Once any file is downloaded, work is deemed accepted in full and no further edits or disputes will be considered.

Section IV

Service Delivery

All services are subject to availability and working conditions. Viral Media Vision reserves the right to withdraw or suspend services if conditions are unsafe, access is not provided, or terms are breached.

Section V

Cancellation & Refunds

All payments are non-refundable
No transfers or credits will be issued
Client-related issues do not qualify for refund

If Viral Media Vision cancels a confirmed booking, a proportional refund may be issued.

Section VI

Limitation of Liability

Viral Media Vision is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Venue or third-party restrictions
Guest interference

Clients agree to indemnify Viral Media Vision against claims arising from unsafe environments or client and guest actions.

Section VII

Force Majeure

Viral Media Vision is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including:

Weather
Transport disruption
Equipment failure
Acts of terrorism or civil unrest

No refunds apply.

Final Agreement

By making payment, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, you agree to them in full, and payment forms a binding contract.
