What types of events do you cover?
This is a simple question to answer, any to all events, from parties to corporate events to conferences and exhibitions as well product launches and food photography. If you want us to capture quality images, you only need to invite us. Our primary expertise is conferences, exhibitions, meetings, and corporate events; however, we have a large team of professionals with a wide array of expertise.
What do you charge?
Our pricing structure is standardised we are unique in that way, there are no hidden costs, we have a very transparent approach to the way you invest your money. The cost will depend on the number of hours you require our photographer/videographer, charges start from as little as £89+vat for one hour for a professional photographer, please see our pricing page for more details.
How do you handle edits and revisions?
All the pictures we capture are edited professionally, and go through a 3-stage checking process, they are reviewed independently to ensure the quality before the images are shared. All our video work is edited professional based on the agreed output, the video will include revisions, however we tend to edit 98% video correct the first time, with only minor edits necessary, revisions are limited to what we have agreed upon at the start of the project.
Can we view the pictures/video after the event?
Yes, we have dedicated secure online gallery for both photo and video which are password protected, all pictures/video can be viewed and downloaded directly from there.
How long does it take to receive the final product?
The turnaround time for receiving the pictures is 24hrs from the end of the event, we are currently delivering 98% of pictures by 10am the following day. For video projects this is dependent on the complexity of the project, however in most instances we delivery the first draft of the video between 7-14 days.
Will you deal with the event manager directly?
Yes. We can deal with any nominated person.
Do you cover all locations?
The Photo Team are based in London, although we travel locally, nationally and also internationally. We regularly undertake projects all over the world for our retained clients. Appropriate travel expenses will apply.
We have more than two events on the same day can your team cover both?
Yes. The Photo Team employ’s a number of professional photographers and videographers, we often cover several events on the same day.
Do you have insurance?
It’s important to work with a photographer or videographer who has insurance to protect against potential liabilities or accidents. The Photo Team has the suitable PLI in place, we also ensure we take a health and safety assessment for every event.
